PSOA has designated the PSOA Young Referee of the Year Award as the Hjalmar Fond Young Referee of the Year and the Executive Board is now accepting nominations for 2016!

The deadline for submissions is Aug 26, 2016...see the nomination form for details.  Winners of each category (male and female) will be announced at the December PSOA meeting
